Our cottages offer a peaceful, home-like escape for families and groups looking to settle into Cape Cod life. Nestled among wooded surroundings, each cottage provides a unique layout and personality, all with access to the Even’tide’s full range of amenities.
Kingfisher
Accommodates 10
Kingfisher is perfect for a larger family wanting more space or two smaller families vacationing together. Sleeping up to 10 in one king, one queen, one double, and four twin beds, this 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom house comes complete with a living room and dining area with hardwood floors, loft, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, large laundry room with washer and dryer, and private deck.
Quail
Accommodates 6
Quail is our largest A-frame cottage. It has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. Many families like the two bedrooms on the first floor, one with one queen bed, the other with two twin beds. A spiral staircase leads to a large loft bedroom that has one queen size bed and an outdoor balcony. The open kitchen/living room area and bath are located on the first floor
Chickadee
Accommodates 6
Chickadee is a three bedroom cottage all on one floor. One bedroom has one queen sized bed and TV, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and all cooking utensils. Sliders from the dining room lead to an outdoor deck and gas grill.
Seagull
Accommodates 6
On the first floor, an open kitchen and living area with a queen sleep sofa flows out to a private deck with a picnic table. A tiled bathroom completes the main level. A circular staircase (not recommended for toddlers) leads to two upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double and twin, plus a balcony overlooking the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
Robin

On the first floor, an open kitchen and living area with a queen sleep sofa flows out to a private deck with a picnic table. A tiled bathroom completes the main level. Towhee and Sparrow are two separate A-frame cottages sharing a common chimney, perfect for small families wanting more than a room. The first floor features a kitchen and living area with a queen sleep sofa, plus a gas grill and outdoor shower just outside the kitchen door. A circular staircase (not recommended for toddlers) leads to two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double, plus a balcony overlooking the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
