Our cottages offer a peaceful, home-like escape for families and groups looking to settle into Cape Cod life. Nestled among wooded surroundings, each cottage provides a unique layout and personality, all with access to the Even’tide’s full range of amenities.
Kingfisher
Accommodates 10
Kingfisher is perfect for a larger family wanting more space or two smaller families vacationing together. Plenty of room for up to 10 people, this 4 bedroom, 4 bath house comes complete with a living room and dining area with hardwood floors, loft, large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, large laundry room with washer and dryer, and private deck.
Quail
Accommodates 6
Quail is our largest A-frame cottage. It has three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. Many families like the two bedrooms on the first floor, one with one queen bed, the other with two twin beds. A spiral staircase leads to a large loft bedroom that has one queen size bed and an outdoor balcony. The open kitchen/living room area and bath are located on the first floor
Chickadee
Accommodates 6
Chickadee is a three bedroom cottage all on one floor. One bedroom has one queen sized bed and TV, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and all cooking utensils. Sliders from the dining room lead to an outdoor deck and gas grill.
Seagull
Accommodates 5
On the first floor is an open kitchen/living room area and tiled bathroom. A slider from the living room leads to a private deck with a picnic table. A circular staircase (not recommended for toddlers) brings you to the 2 upstairs bedrooms, the first with one queen bed and the second with one double bed and one twin bed. One of the bedrooms has a sliding glass door and an outdoor balcony overlooking the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the trees beyond.
Robin
Accommodates 5
On the first floor is an open kitchen/living room area and tiled bathroom. A slider from the living room leads to a private deck with a picnic table. Sparrow and Towhee
Each Accommodates 4
Towhee and Sparrow are two separate A-frame cottages that share a common chimney. These cottages are perfect for small families wanting more than a room. Outside the kitchen door is a gas grill and an outside shower. The 2 bedrooms, one with one queen bed and one with one double bed, are up a circular staircase (not recommended for toddlers.) The bedroom on the back of the cottage has an outdoor balcony overlooking the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
