During the summer season our cottages are rented by the week except for Tern and Sandpiper which are rented nightly with linens provided. Cottage Cancellation Policy
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full time period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation made directly through our website or by phone, the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $50.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the entire reservation period. The cancellation policy may be different if booking through a third party.

Porta-crib rental: $25.00 per week. Roll-away bed or full size crib rental: $45.00 per week. Linen rental: $20/person.

All rates are subject to 14.45% tax.

All cottages are furnished and equipped for light housekeeping.

Sheets, pillowcases and towels (including pool towels) and household paper products are not provided in housekeeping cottages. They are available to rent if you do not wish to bring your own. Pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress pads are provided.

All vehicles entering our property must first be registered at our office.

Children under 18 years old will not be allowed in the Pool Area unless accompanied by an adult. The pool is for guests of the Even'tide only.
