Rooms Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit is required. Balance is due upon arrival. For stays of one night, a full deposit is required. A 3- to 6-night minimum stay may apply at certain times.
Since our rooms and cottages are vintage, none of our lodging options are handicap accessible.
Rooms Cancellation Policy
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full time period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
In the event of a cancellation of a reservation made directly through or website or by phone, the deposit will be refundable, minus a $15.00 service charge, provided we receive a cancellation notice at least 14 days before the first reservation date. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited if the room is not resold for the entire reservation period. No refunds will be given for early departures. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, or weather. Please consider buying trip insurance.
Reservations made through a third party are subject to the agreement made with the third party at time of reservation.
